The most labour-intensive, messy work — degreasing, sanding, priming, and spraying — happens off-site in my dedicated paint shop, not in your home. When I am on-site, I use plastic containment barriers over doorways, mask countertops and floors, and at the end of every single day I tidy equipment into a corner, pull back plastic so you can use your kitchen that evening, and fold drop sheets neatly out of the way.

Yes, and I handle glass doors a little differently to protect them properly. I completely remove the glass panels before any painting begins, finish the door frame like any other cabinet door, and then reinstall and seal the glass with clear silicone once painting is complete. If you'd like the interior of your glass-front cabinets painted too, that's available as an add-on.
