About Me

Painting runs three generations deep in my family. My grandmother spent 10 years with Colour Your World in London, ON, helping customers choose the perfect wallpaper and paint for their homes. My father followed that same passion and started Quality Decor Painting & Decorating in 1979 — the same year I was born — building a business that handled residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the London area.

I grew up in that business. I started working alongside my father in my teens, learning every side of the trade from the ground up. By the time I was running my own projects, I had a deep, hands-on understanding of what actually makes a finish beautiful and what makes it last.

In 2020, I took everything I'd learned and went all-in on cabinet refinishing full-time. It's let me sharpen that broad foundation into a real specialty. I know exactly what clients expect from a cabinet refinishing project — and I've built my process around adding the small details and finishing touches they don't expect, but always notice.
